Our approach is based on what we call “Sustainable Innovation“, Rather than just simply ‘band-aiding’ problems or ‘medicating’ issues until the symptoms inside your organization subside, we instead focus on creating real change through ‘whole system’ assessment and adaptation. But this doesn’t have to be a straight-faced serious thing. Vic’s Bio/Resume

I choose to design in a way that fills our minds with meaning, our hearts with joy, and our world filled with beauty.

My education and experiences are in engineering and technology design, business planning, business incubation, organizational learning, culture change, values assessment, sustainability (green business), and social innovation.

I have a baseline in rational systems thinking and technical development, while also having intuitive skills in nonlinear, organic systems that provide a deeper understanding of (w)holism and its importance to the innovation process.

As a group facilitator, I like to think I bring a good blend of group and enterprise development to the table. My personal charter is to enable innovation using a “whole system” approach which relies heavily on collaborative learning, and sustainable design. I am most fulfilled when I am able to support the creation of a sustainable business, innovative technologies, or healthy communities that align with a globally-conscious society.

I align myself with individuals and organizations in a way that provides solutions that balance economic, ecological, and social needs. I always emphasize the need for evolved thinking as well as compassion (which is virtually unheard of today) within organizations (be it a company or a city) to understand how individuals can organize themselves to both serve and profit within the global marketplace.

To this end, I am committed to aiding organizations to increase their awareness of their own and world cultural values so that healthier, more vital communities can be created and sustained.
