Vic is Founder and Principal of DiscoveryFuel.com, which specializes in group facilitation services for strategic planning, vision and mission development, product and service design and improvement, organizational assessment, conflict resolution, mediation, change management, cultural development.

Vic knows how to effectively align management teams and company sectors to generate collaborative systemic solutions. He has over fifteen years experience in results-focused facilitation, consulting, training, and executive coaching for a variety of industries including information technology and health care.
