Improve Teamwork By Having Your Team Members Take This FREE Personal Assessmentevyfredrickson2007 08 02photohighschoolcamping 224x300 Team Needs Assessment

What does this assessment have to do with group facilitation, teamwork, and collaborative design?

Each of us feel more empowered and safer within a group when we have a clear sense of who we are as individuals. When you know your true motivations in life (known as the “Primary Motivator”), your inner strengths are revealed. Thus, your ability to contribute to any group or team becomes much MUCH more effective.

Once you have a better understanding of what your ‘authentic self’ wants, your group collaboration capabilities become way more powerful.

The First Part Is Free. Here’s how it works:

Complete the questionnaire below. Then, our close affiliate and CEO of Authentic Systems – John Voris, will respond to your inputs with an brief draft assessment of who you are. This is for FREE.

Then, if you see the power of how this can work for you, you may want to have John Voris do a complete Assesment. He’ll spend up to 1 1/2 hours with you to help apply it. This is normally a $300 value, but for Discovery Fuel visitors, he’s doing it for only $99 bucks.

As a result, you will discover what John calls your “Authentic Identity“. This also reveals your “Hidden Motivator“. I’ve done this assessment myself (Vic Desotelle). Believe me when I tell you that John has an almost magical ability to help you see the “Real You“. I was amazed at the results. Very powerful stuff!

So, go ahead. Give this free draft assessment a try. Then, I suggest you tell your team members to take it too. You will all be amazed at what you find out; both about yourselves and about each other. It’s really amazing. And your team work will improve!

Authentic Identity Assessment Explanation

This form is the first step in the process of attaining your Authentic Profile and the knowledge of who you really are at your very core. With this knowledge you will finally understand the cause of everything you have in life, and more importantly how to take back control and create your own customized path to happiness, fulfillment and success.

After you have submitted this form one of our Motivation Analyst will contact you to arrange for your analysis session (over the phone or in person in our offices in Carmel California). The Motivation Analyst will use the answers provided through this form as a basis to draw you out and discover the real you. The information uncovered during your session will all be assembled attractively in your Authentic Profile made available to you in both hard copy as well as electronic format.

Instructions
With this questionnaire, we are NOT looking for “The Right Answer”. Rather, we are looking for your own personal view. That means there are no right or wrong or good or bad answers. For this assessment to be accurate, it is vital for you to state your opinions, viewpoints and experiences. The only wrong answer is the one that does not reveal your true and honest thoughts and feelings.

It is also vital that you do this alone. This is your assessment. Therefore, nobody else must be involved.  Pick a quiet spot free of distractions where you can reflect and answer the questions free from other peoples input.

You might find it helpful to type your answers in a separate document first (Microsoft Word, Wordpad, Notepad or a Google Doc) and then copy and paste them into the appropriate fields below.

Note: All information you provide is considered sensitive and confidential and is used solely to discover your Authentic Profile.

Innovation is a misrepresented characterization of humanity’s creative process.

Innovation is a misrepresented characterization of humanity’s creative process. It is too often used to describe the entire process of manifestation. Actually, INNOVATION is sandwiched between INSPIRATION and INVENTION. This more (w)holistically describes a full creative cycle.
